IFA Sport claims to be the largest grass roots football business in the UAE and to coach more children in more places than any other football academy in the region.  It operates in over 20 locations throughout the UAE - see below.

According to its Web site the academy currently has over 2,000 participants attending coaching sessions on a weekly basis across Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Sharjah. It also has over 400 players competing weekly in the Premier Youth League (PYL), which was established by IFA in 2009, and holds an active database of over 4,000 members.

The Academy has more than 20 male and female coaches who (between them) can speak English, Arabic & French. Head coaches are required to have the English FA level 2 coaching certificate and Emergency First Aid qualification.

An IFA Rugby Academy in the UAE was also setup in 2011.
