The Institute of Applied Technology Dubai is a single sex (male), government owned secondary school located in Al Ghusais, Dubai. The Dubai campus was founded in 2005, and provides education to over 800 students.

The institute is part of seven schools throughout the United Arab Emirates which were established to provide post-secondary career-focused Technical Education (CTE) programs to meet the "industrial needs and requirements of the nation". The school focuses on building to produce "world class technicians, engineers and scientists".

Applicants must be GCC or UAE nationals. All schools are male only, except Abu Dhabi and Al Ain branches which have a female campus.

The Dubai school does not seem to have had an inspection by its education regulator, the KHDA.

The Institute of Applied Technology Dubai uses an American based curriculum with core subjects English, Science and Mathematics. All subjects apart from Arabic are taught in English through a variety of mediums including E-learning and project based learning.

Facilities at the school include a cafeteria, library, ICT laboratory and computer science laboratories. The school also offers a number of activities throughout the year including a science and technology fair, camp and a range of sports such as volleyball, basketball, table tennis and soccer.

Age ranges from (13 to 15 years for G9 students), and from (14 to 16 for G10 students) on the first day of classes. To enter students need to have passed eighth grade for G9 students, and ninth grade for G10 students. There is also an entry exam and interview.

Fees for the school are not published. More details on other schools in the group may be found here:
