Dubai College is much more than the leading academic school in Dubai, it is a community of excellence at the heart of the city. Our students do have a long track record of excelling academically and in a recent survey of top international schools taking British exams we were identified as the number one British school overseas in the world. However, our enviable reputation stems from our consistent and sustained excellence in what we see as the four foundations of the College: sporting, creative, philanthropic as well as academic endeavour. We champion this broader holistic education in the great tradition of the British independent schools which recognize that by producing socially articulate and well-rounded students we are preparing them for their future far better than any exam ever will.

GCSE, IGCSE and GCE A level
Dubai College students are enjoying another highly successful set of A Level results in 2020 with 72% of all examinations resulting in an A or A*. Their achieved grades, as well as their globally recognised attributes and the strength of their extra-curricular pursuits, have secured their passage to some of the most prestigious seats of learning around the world. These include Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial and UCL in the UK; MIT, Stanford, Yale, NYU and UPenn in the US; Toronto and UBC in Canada; Sydney and Melbourne in Australia and Trinity College, Dublin, among many others, all of which are published on the Dubai College website.
In GCSE our students achieved a phenomenal 94.25% grades 9-7, with well over 50% of Year 11 grades being 9. Twenty-two students achieved a complete set of grades 9s, with over 40 additional students achieving a complete set of grades 9 and 8. Excellent results were also achieved in the FSMQ Mathematics qualification and in the HPQ qualification.
In addition, our entire cohort of Year 10 students sat their English Language IGCSE one year early, with 85.7% gaining a grade 9/8. Further success came to the 40 Year 10 students who sat early entry mathematics, gaining 100% grades 9/8.
