The school is not currently offering tours.  However, the team hope to be able to welcome families for school tours in the new academic year.  There are also virtual schools on the school website for families to view.

Yes, students can start prior to receiving their residency. Upon landing in the UAE, ADEK allows a grace period of 30 days. After this deadline the school will manage the process individually with families.

The enrolment office will be open the whole month of August:from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Yes, although not all facilities are functioning at present.

Can students start prior to their residence visa being issued?
Yes students can start prior to residence visa but should submit to us the receipt that the family already started the process of their visa applications.

What other paperwork is needed?
Parents should read the AIS Enrolment booklet and submit all papers mentioned at the end of the booklet itself.

What is the total capacity of the school, and how many students are currently enrolled?
115 students are enrolled to start in Kindergarten and the school still has placements in all other grades in primary and secondary school.

Is the nursery currently available for tours? 
Yes, the nursery is open for tours Sunday to Thursday from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm Monday OR Monday and Wednesday from 4-6pm. 

Can children start prior to their residence visa being issued?
Ideally, all documentation should be provided, however, if for some reason the residence visa has not yet been issued any document proving your visa in the process can be accepted in the interim.

What other paperwork is needed?
There is a mandatory list of documents needed to complete the registration process together with filling out an application form.

  • Copy of Emirates ID of child and sponsor
  • Copy of child and sponsor passport
  • Copy of child and sponsor visa
  • Copy of Birth certificate of child
  • 9 colour passport photos of child
  • Copy of UAE family book
  • Copy of child immunization record

What is the total capacity of the nursery, and how many students are currently enrolled?
FIN facilities allow more than 200 children from birth to FS2.

Which year groups have availability?
At the moment, there is availability in all of the different age groups.

Are the nurseries currently available for tours?
Yes, tours can be booked between 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Can students start prior to their residence visa being issued, if they have just arrived in the UAE?

Yes, the nurseries can manually register the children with the KHDA whilst their Visa is under process, however parents will need the child's passport and a sponsor Emirates ID and passport.
