The British curriculum Newland’s School set to launch September 2017 has announced it will offer five scholarships to Emirati girls.
The 100 percent financial support programme will be available during the Al Warqaa based school’s first academic year (2017/18) to children aged between one and six years-old.
“Scholarships will be awarded on merit, irrespective of financial means,” explains Jane Whitby, Founding Principal at Newlands School.
To qualify for the scholarship, students must first gain a regular school before 31 August 2017.
The school has set up a scholarship committee to decide which five pupils will qualify, and entrance exams for the scholarship will take place in early September.
“Scholarships signify excellent academic performance and outstanding potential that we are keen to identify and leverage. This programme is indicative of our commitment to raising achievement within the Emirati community and provide access to high-quality education that is fully supported by our teaching staff and the wider school," said Whitby.
We look forward to receiving the applications and wish everyone applying good luck.”
The application deadline for scholarships is on 30th September.
