Kings' School has told WhichSchoolAdvisor.com it is confident that its two new branch schools will open on time this September.
The new Kings' schools will open in Al Barsha and in Nad Al Sheba.
"We are confident that the construction programmes for [both schools] remain on target for their opening," Kevin Stedman, the Chief Education Officer of Kings' Dubai told WhichSchoolAvisor.com. "Admissions are healthy and will continue throughout the rest of the summer with weekly assessments being held for Years 3-9.
"We are holding assessments for Foundation Stage up to Year 2 on the 17th, 18th and 19th August and overseas assessments are being arranged as required throughout the holidays".
The original school, Kings' Dubai, the only school in the emirate to have been rated Outstanding by the KHDA since inspections began, also told WhichSchoolAdvisor.com it currently also has limited places available in Years 3, 5 and 6 for next academic year.
Kings’ Nad Al Sheba will open classes for Years FS1 to Year 6 in September 2014, while Al Barsha is opening classes up to Year 9.
Fees for both schools range from 50,200 AED for FS1 and will eventually rise to 103,200 AED for Year 13.
Kings' Nad Al Sheba and Al Barsha are two of a number of schools opening in September 2014, driven by the growth in the population in Dubai, and associated growth in demand for school places.
