In this latest episode, we talk to three school leaders: Laura Dowlman (Head Teacher of Victory Heights Primary School), Katrina Mankani (Director of Positive Education for Regent and Sunmarke Schools) and Leanne Fridd, (Vice Principal of Safa Community School) about how schools are caring for the personal, social, emotional and physical health of our children.

The topics our panel discuss include:

  • What does wellbeing mean in schools?

  • How can parents work with schools to ensure the wellbeing of their children?

  • What kind of initiatives are schools using to foster wellbeing in their student body?

  • How schools are caring for new students and students at transition points in their education

  • What kind of support parents should expect from their child’s school where wellbeing is concern?

We at WhichSchoolAdvisor.com believe that parents deserve the best possible information to make choices around their child's education.  We hope that this episode of WSA TV will help you to better understand the role schools play in children’s wellbeing.
