WSA Big Debate: IB vs. UK, vs. US Curricula

Do your children attend a UAE school? Take our survey and help other parents.
WhichSchoolAdvisor's annual school survey.
LET'S GO

WhichSchoolAdvisor.com asks the questions you need answered when it comes to which curriculum is right for your child.

Our panel of experts includes Bede Higgins, Principal of King's Dubai, representing the UK curriculum; Lisa Hollis, Assistant Head of Staff and IB Development at Repton School Dubai, representing the IB curriculum; and Michael Cipriano, the Principal of Nibras International, representing the US curriculum.

The panel is led by WhichSchoolAdvisor.com's Gillian Pearce.

We ask:

  • Does the curriculum matter for early years or primary education?
  • When does curriculum become critical in later phases, and why?
  • What does each curriculum bring beyond the academic?
  • Is there more rigour in some curricula - which may impact university entrance?

If you liked this video, good news! A new Big Debate will be published weekly.  If you have questions you need answering, let us know the debates you want us to organise!
