UniPod 7: Goal Setting for Success!

This week we discuss the importance of goal setting which should be SMART - specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound. To help us, UniPod seeks out Thaddeus Stegall, an artist, coach, and educator at New York University Abu Dhabi, to get the low down on how to "set goals for success".

LET'S GO

If you are struggling to remember what day of the week it is … or is it even June yet? … then you’re in good company. Lockdown does strange things to our daily, weekly and monthly routine, to say nothing of our longer term goals, which might seem to have evaporated into the scorching summer skies.

Not before time, this week’s Unipod episode brings us all back into focus with a steer on setting goals.

It all starts with taking aim.

This week’s special guest is Thaddeus Stegall, an artist, coach, and educator who currently serves as Associate Instructor of Music and Producer in the Music Program at New York University Abu Dhabi.

You can visit his website at www.stegallspeaks.com, or email him at stegallspeaks@gmail.com.

Here’s a handy visual recap on the SMART acronym:
