This week’s Unipod is a bumper edition aimed at aspiring medical students to the UK! If you’re thinking of applying to medicine, you’ll know that it’s a competitive process and that the chances of rejection are high. It’s even tougher for non-UK students as the UK government require universities to cap the number of international students they shortlist and accept.

Dr Bogdan is a London-based clinician, author of the 'Unofficial Guide to Getting into Medical School', and founder of the Medefine Education Academy, a global talent academy for aspiring medics. I chatted to him about how Medefine helps medical applicants to pursue their dreams.

In partnership with UAE schools and a committee of motivated students, Dr Bogdan has organised an inspirational, virtual, UAE-wide, free conference for aspiring medics, on Saturday 20th March 2021. It’s the first of its kind in the UAE, featuring world-renowned speakers and practical advice for high school students planning their application.
