UK is 'Top Higher Education Destination for UAE Students'

The UK continues to be the destination of choice for students from the UAE undertaking third level education according to the British Council which organises the annual Education UK Exhibition ‘Edukex 2012’.

It claims that the quality of education available in the UK along with a strong multicultural environment has proven to be appealing to UAE students and their parents and is projecting a five per cent increase per year in UAE students going to the UK over the coming nine years.

Aston University, University of Brighton, University of Surrey, City University London and the University of Bristol were some of the universities represented at the show.
