What WSA says: Another school established by a ruling family, operating under the royal patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. RAKA is vast, expanding and well financed. With two new schools opening in 2018 to serve the newer housing complexes across the emirate, RAKA clearly has its ’finger on the pulse,’ of RAK.
