What the School Says:
"We enjoy an excellent reputation which we continually strive to ensure that we deserve. Academic success is important but we believe in the development of creative thinkers, problem solvers and children who know how to learn in an environment of mutual respect, enthusiasm and commitment. The children are given a wide range of opportunities to have as many irresistible learning experiences as possible in order that the whole child is developed."
What the KHDA Says: Students at DESS perform well in English and mathematics, and their learning skills are developed effectively through a well-planned curriculum.
The KHDA goes on to note, that DESS students have excellent personal and social skills, work ethic and are well behaved.
Its inspectors are also pretty smitten with the recently upgraded facilities calling them nothing less than ‘excellent,’ and go on to discuss the rich and exciting curriculum, including dance, information and communication technology, music, French, design technology, swimming and physical education.
