Villas available in Falcon City and The Villa communities are large and with the current troubles in Dubai realty offering really good value too!
Located between Silicon Oasis and Global Village these neighbourhoods are handily sandwiched between two of Dubai's main outer arterial roads- the 311 and the 611.
With significant construction in both locations still in progress, it means for now at least schools have not yet been developed. In fact, currently there is only one school located on site, in The Villa (GEMS First Point) and as yet none in Falcon City. However neither development is far from a whole host of very good schools. While the choice is predominantly British curriculum based, of which there's everything from the relatively affordable (GEMS Metropole) right through to the premium bracket such as JESS and premium plus, Repton, there are also, IB, combined IB, Indian, French and German curriculum options too...
