LET'S GO

Kings’ Al Barsha’s will offer an A Level programme with an impressive 23 subjects, which include: design technology, photography and fine art, in addition to more traditional subject choices.

The A Level programme will be complimented by the addition of the newly developed Kings’ Diploma offering an additional suite of qualifications which the school says will help university admissions and develop additional life skills.

The Diploma will involve several wider academic awards, including the EPQ (Extended Project Qualification), Duke of Edinburgh Award (to Gold Level), work experience via Dubai-based business placements, charity work, community support and leadership challenges & qualifications.

Kings’ School Al Barsha believes its new A Level offering will be unique due to the school’s continued focus on merging “academic excellence with outstanding levels of pastoral support.”

In addition, the school hopes the small class sizes, one to one mentoring, and the outstanding technological and sporting facilities will draw students to the new sixth-form.

Admission will be selective at Kings’ School Al Barsha Sixth-Form with students requiring six A* to C or Level 5 and above pass grades at GCSE, including English and Mathematics, plus various subject specific requirements will also apply.
