LET'S GO

Where do teachers, students and parents combine best to create an atmosphere of joyful learning?

WhichSchoolAdvisor.com, the UAE's dedicated guide to education in the UAE, is teaming up with The Word on Dubai Eye 103.8 to find just that school.

We're inviting schools to submit brief videos (maximum length 3 minutes) demonstrating just why they should be awarded the title of 'The UAE's Happiest School'. Originality, authenticity and passion is what we're looking for.

The prize? A cool 20,000 AED for the winning school to invest in facilities which will make it even happier!

Everyone associated with the school is invited to participate - teachers, students, parents and support staff. We will accept multiple entries from schools and these can be from the school itself as well as individual entries.

Entries can be uploaded to WhichSchoolAdvisor.com website from 8 am on 2nd June until the 16th June. The videos will be judged by Dubai Eye's 'The
Word's' Education Panel and the winning entry will be revealed on the programme on the 24th of June'.

How to Enter
All schools in the UAE along with individuals associated with them - teachers, students, parents and support staff - are eligible to submit an entry on behalf of their school.

They need to submit a brief video (no longer than 3 minutes) which captures the 'joyful essence' that defines their school.

Entrants are encouraged to think about the specific elements that make their school stand out. Weaving these elements into a brief video that is original, creative and authentic will ensure a powerful entry.

WhichSchoolAdvsor.com will open up its video submission portal on the 2nd June 2014.

The Prize
The award of the title 'WhichSchoolAdvisor 'Happiest School in the UAE' will be an honour in itself but we believe that it is deserving of a substantial cash prize as well. WhichSchoolAdvisor will present the winner with a cheque for a whopping 20,000 AED which should be used to invest in developing facilities at the school or it can be used by the school to make a donation, in part or in full, to a charity of the school's choice.
