LET'S GO

The 2018/19 academic year looks set to bring Dubai some really pretty unique educational options. With increasing competition now, more than ever, school groups are innovating, with new schools adding interesting and unique selling points, adapting their curricula to make the UAE school scene even more relevant, engaging and of course, 21st century technology packed.

This year will see schools offering; in-house artists and scientists, affordable robotics and coding, equestrian after-school activities, numerous enriched curricula and more subject and programme offerings than ever before.

New schools are also priced very widely  - from ultra premiums, to high quality but affordable schools. There are some pretty hefty Founders Fees thrown in for good measure too!

The final theme to note as we compile this year's list, is that increasingly geography is the new selling point. While once parents would travel across the emirate to get their loved ones in the school of their choice, increasingly their are high quality options on every doorstep. Could 2018/19 become the year when community schools begin to become real and widespread in the UAE..?
