The report notes, “Teachers explain concepts well and set up interesting lessons. Through effective assessment procedures they have a well-developed knowledge of the strengths and developmental needs of the students in their classes. Some aspects of lessons, including planning, questioning and development of students’ higher-order thinking skills, are not consistent across subjects and phases.
The curriculum is well balanced and is designed effectively to allow students to progress in a continuous fashion.
