Best British Schools in Dubai: What We Measure

1,016,925 AED is the exact amount you will spend on tuition from grades Foundation/KG 1 to Year 13 at Repton School Dubai, currently the emirate's most expensive school, excluding any fee increases over the next 15 years, and excluding any costs other than tuition.

WhichSchoolAdvisor's annual school survey.
LET'S GO

 This report shows:

1. Attainment in English, Maths and the Sciences across Foundation/KG, Primary, Secondary and Post-16 versus tuition cost;
2. I/GCSE, A Level and IB Diploma scores where published; and,
3. The Knowledge and Human Development Authority's (KHDA) overall school inspection rating versus cost of the school

In this way we reveal the schools delivering the highest attainment, and how much you will be expected to pay for it.

We have chosen English, Mathematics and Science. We have not included Islamic Education or Arabic, a focus of the KHDA school inspections, because we have tried to make the results universally relevant. Islamic Education, and Arabic, while extremely important for some families, will not be for all.

With the KHDA data we have been able to not only match performance with school fees, but also by age group. This allows us to provide a valuable price-performance view of the results. It has also allowed us to show the 'outliers' - those charging, at least statistically, too much for the performance they deliver. This goes two ways - it also shows those providing exceptional value in  “over” delivering on performance for the prices they are charging.

Note: Looking solely at academic attainment would, of course, be extremely partial and is just one side of the story. We would always encourage you to do further research - read the Which School Advisor reviews, and for any school you finally short list, to actually visit and get a sense of the school in question.
