Al Falaj Area Guide
Al Falaj is one of the most exclusive villa districts in Sharjah, that remains available to both expats and Emiratis.
Located just off Cultural/Quran Roundabout, the residential area boasts large and modern villas making renting a home in the district one of the most expensive in the city.
Although Al Falaj does not boast significant facilities, it does have the Ladies Green Belt Park, a vast swathe of manicured gardens available for women and children up to 8 years old.
With the Sharjah Library, various museums, Sharjah Cooperative Society and SEWA next door in Al Abar, and the Matajer Centre (Starbucks, Carrefour, The Gazebo Indian Resturant) one block up in Al Goaz, the essentials are not too far away.
The quiet area is popular with both expats and Emiratis, and many peoples' top choice when choosing a home in Sharjah.
