Ud Al Bayha is currently a largely undeveloped area outside of Dubai itself. It is home to the Dubai Rugby 7s grounds, and to a large camel racing track. The 7s grounds, off the Dubai Al Ain road, is used for multiple sporting events and activities.
It is not - yet - a residential area, nor an area for schooling. It is however close to the camelicious plant!
