UAE Area Guides: Dubai

Nshama Town Square Area Guide

Nothing is impossible
“We, in the UAE, have no such word as “impossible”; it does not exist in our lexicon. Such a word is used by the lazy and the weak, who fear challenges and progress. When one doubts his potential and capabilities as well as his confidence, he will lose the compass that leads him to success and excellence, thus failing to achieve his goal. I require you, youth, to insist on number one.”
HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum
Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE

LET'S GO

Covering an area larger than Downtown Dubai, Nshama Town Square will eventually offer 3,500 townhouses, 18,000 apartments and over 30 retail outlets within its generous 750 acres. Delivery is picking up with over 2000 new units being delivered this year alone. By 2025, 85,000 people will be living and working within the confines of the community, its master developer, Nshama claims.

A Dubailand based community, Nshama Town Square is located south of Arabian Ranches. One of its USPs of the development is its lower rates for freehold and rental property. A cleaner, greener environment with larger homes is also promised. Both apartments and townhouses are available.

Nshama Development itself is a relatively new property company, founded in 2014 by a small team of former Emaar executives. This, its first project, was launched one year later, in February 2015, with the sale of 300 'Zahra Townhouses'.

There are, as yet, no schools within the community. The closest is Jebel Ali School, around 13 minutes away. Fairgreen International School which offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum until Year 8 is also within a 15 minutes drive.
