The residential communities in Dubai Investments Park offer a range of options including villas, townhouses, apartments and studios.
Each area has a community centre with its own leisure facilities, providing a choice of fitness clubs, swimming pools, spas and sports facilities. Within DIP there are also tennis and squash courts, and an amphitheatre for open air concerts, plays and other events.
Retail is taken care of by The Market, a shopping centre in The Green Community (pictured) with 86 retail units including a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, gifts, a book shop, a hair salon, a pharmacy, and a medical clinic. There is also the option of Souk Extra, a smaller mall in Ewan Residence with 18 shops including a Spinneys supermarket, a pharmacy, a dry cleaner, and a bureau de change.
Some 10% of land in each residential development has been set aside for conservation and greenery meaning plenty of landscaped parks and waterways. The area is in close proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport, and the Expo 2020 site.
Aside The Green Community, DIP also includes Ritaj (low-rise buildings with studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for singles, couples and families); The Dunes Village (19 five-storey apartment buildings); The Palisades; Crown City and Dubai Lagoon - the last two communities still very much in devlopmment.
There are five schools in Dubai Investments Park: Al Nibras Private School, Al Worood International Private Academy School, Greenfield Community School, The Children’s Garden kindergarten, and Dovecote Green Primary School.
