An area very much under development, with only Swiss International School Dubai of any real note. Watch this space, just not literally - it will take a long time to fill...

The area occupies 22 million square feet, located along Dubai Creek. The aim is for Phase 2 to "drive wellness tourism together with medical tourism".

The area will eventually have "water-facing rehabilitation and wellness offerings covering 3.3 million square feet to cater to all age groups including the older adult population, and to ensure people are healthy - physically and mentally".

One quarter of the space is dedicated to medical and wellness services, another quarter to hospitality. Aside the Swiss School, the only other notable development, currently, is the Marriott Al Jaddaf.
