Al Warqa Area Guide
A relatively underdeveloped area, broken up into for zones, imaginatively called Al Warqas 1,2.3 and 4.
Given the proximity to Dubai International City and Mirdif, and the area's link to the rest of Dubai via the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed highway, which wraps around the master community’s western boundary, developments are growing in number. Properties already in the area includes both villas and apartments.
Given this has been a greenfield site, there has been plenty of space for schools at a lower cost to buy or lease - which has not gone unnoticed. Al Warqa is the home to the School of Research Science, Ignite School, International School of Arts and Sciences, Primus Private School (formerly Rajagiri International School), Our Own English High School Al Warqa, and the largest school in the emirates, GEMS Our Own English High School.
