Al Dhafrah lies in Abu Dhabi city. The area serves as a cluster for schools and education in general. It is home of outstanding rated Pearl Primary, Islamia English School, HCT - Abu Dhabi Womens College, Al Dana Girls school, GEMs World Academy and Giggles English Nursery Airport road branch.
There are also a number of hospitals in the area.
