This all-through, UK curriculum school is popular with British expats living on the beautiful island of Koh Samui.

The longest-running school in Koh Samui, SCL International School has a reputation for its family atmosphere and solid UK-style education. It’s a small but pretty campus with basic facilities including a science lab, library and ICT suite.

Established in 2004, SCL International School currently enrols over 250 students. This is very much a British school with the majority of students and teachers coming from the UK. Teaching follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and UK National Curriculum from nursery through to Year 11; students study their IGCSEs in Years 10-11, and a limited choice of A Levels (business studies, maths, physics and English literature) in Years 12-13. The curriculum is given an international slant with classes in Thai language, culture and dance and Mandarin.
