With its low tuition fees, British curriculum, and Punjabi, Hindi and Mandarin programmes, the Modern International School Bangkok (MISB) is popular with Indian and Asian expats living in Bangkok.
One of Bangkok's older international schools, the Modern International School Bangkok was founded in 1997 to offer a British curriculum to expats and locals living in the Watthana district. Today, the school is home to around 550 students from 22 nations.
Open from nursery through to Year 13, the school prepares students for university through its well-established IGCSE and A Level programmes. It follows the UK National Curriculum, and offers Punjabi, Hindi and Mandarin as foreign languages. Despite being in the heart of the city, and conveniently close to the Promphong BTS station, the school has a noticeably calm and quiet campus that's spread across seven acres.
