One of Bangkok's older international schools, the Modern International School Bangkok was founded in 1997 to offer a British curriculum to expats and locals living in the Watthana district. Today, the school is home to around 550 students from 22 nations.
Open from Nursery through to Year 13, the school prepares students for university through its well-established IGCSE and A Level programmes. It follows the National Curriculum for England and offers Punjabi, Hindi, and Mandarin as foreign languages. Despite being in the heart of the city and conveniently close to the Promphong BTS station, the school has a noticeably calm and quiet campus that's spread across seven acres.
