This well-established, all-through school in Chiang Mai delivers an American-style education that is deeply rooted in the Christian faith - and plans to move to a new campus in 2019.

Describing itself as a "a traditional Christian day-school", Grace International School (GIS) was founded in 1999 to educate the children of expats. Today, this school in Chiang Mai has a student population of 600 children representing more than 30 nationalities. It teaches kindergarten through to Grade 12 and follows an American-style, college-preparatory curriculum.

At each grade level, students study the core academic subjects through a Christ-integrated curriculum, as well as art, music, PE and Thai. At secondary level, GIS offers a wide choice of subjects ranging from technology and science to the arts and religious studies. Senior students can study AP courses in biology, calculus, chemistry, English literature, physics, psychology, statistics, studio art, US history and world history. The school also holds various chapel groups, choirs and spiritual weeks for all grades.

The school is currently developing a new campus in Chiang Mai with a capacity for 1,000 students. Facilities will include elementary and secondary classrooms, technology and arts studios, and sports facilities. All existing students will move to the new campus when it opens in 2019.
