The GIIS SMART campus opened this month with the promise of being a “school of the future crafted for the 21st century to elevate learning to the next level.”

The school in Punggol has the capacity for more than 3,500 students in 90 classrooms spread across two seven-storey blocks. Students from the GIIS Queenstown and Balestier campuses are all moving to the new SMART Campus, as are secondary students from the GIIS East Coast campus.

Described as the School of the Future, the school will offer CBSE, IGCSE and IBDP. The real talking point of this school, though, is its state of the art facilities. Here's a school that has everything from a Centre for Robotics & Artificial Intelligence (AI) and facial recognition machines through to digital lockers and even smart toilets.
