GEMS World Academy (Singapore)

GEMS World Academy (Singapore) plans to build a dedicated new High School Block with an IB Diploma Programme student common room, science labs, an e-sports arena, and computer coding labs. It also hopes to add new tennis courts, a running track, and baseball and cricket batting nets to its campus over the next academic year to help provide a wider offering of sports activities.

The new facilities are among several new offerings announced at GEMS (Singapore) since it left the global GEMS group and joined the Singapore-based XCL Education family of schools in late 2020; the school says that the change of ownership "paves the way to further growth developments for the school".
