School fees will not increase in 2021 for Singapore citizens (SC), permanent residents (PR) and ASEAN international students attending local, Ministry of Education-run schools. There will, however, be a small increase in fees for non-ASEAN international students.

The MOE has announced that monthly primary fees will remain as free for SC, $205 for PR, and $465 for ASEAN students; fees for non-ASEAN students will increase by $25 to $775. Monthly secondary fees will stay as $5 for SC, $380 for PR, and $780 for ASEAN students; fees for non-ASEAN students will increase by $50 to $1,450.
