Al Aqiq is a prominent neighbourhood located to the north of Riyadh, The area is readily accessible from most parts of the city. It is conveniently located minutes from Riyadh Park Mall (pictured) and in close proximity to King Abdullah Financial District. The area includes a range of residential properties, both villas and apartments, at a range of prices.
The area is is surrounded by several Riyadh’s most prominent landmarks, such as the King Abdullah Financial neighbourhood and Riyadh Boulevard, in addition to several commercial malls.
It has one school in the community itself (the new Downe House School Riyadh), but a number in close proximity, including the German International school and American International school.
