Kent College has launched an online campus targeted at students in Hong Kong and offering IELTS, IGCSE and A Level courses.

The UK independent school Kent College has launched a virtual campus aimed at Hong Kong students. The school is yet to make an announcement on its previous plan to open a Hong Kong campus in August 2020. For now, the school will enter the market as an online campus offering a small choice of secondary courses.

Kent College Hong Kong (Online Campus) is offering a four-week IELTS English course from June 29. Taught by UK teachers at Kent College's UK campus, the course will include three live online sessions per week; tuition fees are HKD 4,800.

Looking ahead, the online campus will also offer one to two-year IGCSE and GCE A Level courses, as well as English for Business Studies, Legal Studies, and Medical Studies. All students will receive a certificate from Kent College UK upon completion of their course.

The 130-year-old Kent College in Canterbury, UK is a co-ed independent school for students aged three months through to 18 years. It’s a highly respected boarding school that achieves an Independent Schools Inspectorate ‘Outstanding’ rating in every category of inspection.

This prestigious English school planned to open a campus in Hong Kong following the successful launch of a Dubai branch.

This review will be updated once Kent College announces any news on the opening of its campus in Hong Kong.
